World Bible & GDD

World map, regions, characters, quest spine, dialogue style guide, and the full game design document. The bible becomes the source of truth for every artist and writer.

Weeks 3 to 7

Vertical Slice

One region, one character, one puzzle, one cinematic. Validates engine performance, art direction, dialogue cadence, and the discovery loop on target hardware.

Weeks 7 to 14

Full Production

All regions, characters, dialogue trees, puzzles, and cinematics build out. Localization pipeline and voice over recording run in parallel.
