World Bible & Story Bible

Lore, factions, geography, key characters, central conflict, and pacing arc are locked. Writers, narrative designers, and game directors sign off before pre production.

Game Design Document

Combat rules, progression curves, economy, save format, UI flow, and platform matrix. The GDD becomes the single source of truth for the build.

III

Vertical Slice

One zone, one class, one quest line, fully playable. Validates art direction, combat feel, dialogue cadence, and engine performance on target hardware.

Full Production

All zones, classes, quests, items, and cinematics build out. Localization pipeline, voice over recording, and platform certification work runs in parallel.

Balance & QA
