Who owns the smart contracts, game assets, and tokens after my blockchain game is completed?
You own everything. Once the project is complete and final payment is made, all smart contracts, game code, art assets, NFT designs, token contracts, and any other deliverables transfer to you. NipsApp retains no ownership or rights to your game or its on-chain components.
Smart contract ownership is transferred by handing over the deployer wallet credentials and contract admin keys. You have full control to upgrade, pause, or interact with the contracts however you need after handover. Game assets, NFT metadata, and token contracts follow the same rule. Everything is yours to deploy, list, licence, or build on without any restrictions from us.
This is written into the contract before development starts, not just a verbal agreement. The only exception is third-party tools or middleware with their own licence terms, such as blockchain SDKs or marketplace integrations, which we flag clearly during pre-production so there are no surprises at handover.
