Do you sign an NDA and how do you protect my PC game idea and assets?
Yes, we sign an NDA before any project discussion starts. Your game concept, mechanics, art direction, and any documents you share are treated as confidential from the first call.
Beyond the NDA, all code and assets are stored in private repositories with access limited to the team working on your project. We do not share client work publicly, use your assets in demos, or discuss your project with third parties. Every team member involved signs internal confidentiality agreements as well.
If you have your own NDA template, we are happy to review and sign it. If not, we use our standard agreement which covers your game idea, mechanics, code, art, audio, and all other project materials. Either way, everything is locked down before we talk details.
See our PC game development FAQ for more questions.
Ready to discuss your PC game idea?
We sign the NDA first. Then we talk about your project. No pressure and no commitment needed to start the conversation.
