How do you manage communication, progress tracking, and milestones during development?
We run weekly calls, share a public task tracker, and review milestones every 2 to 4 weeks. You get direct access to the project lead, a working build at every milestone, and clear status reports each week. No hidden delays, no vague updates.
For day to day work, we use Jira or Trello so you can see exactly what is being built, what is blocked, and what is coming next. For chat, we use Slack or Microsoft Teams. For files and builds, we use a shared Google Drive or your preferred system. One project manager handles all coordination, so you only deal with one contact.
Time zones are handled with overlap hours each day. You stay in control through the entire project.
