Who owns the source code and full rights after development?
You own everything. The source code, art, design, audio, and all rights to the final game belong to you after final payment. We do not keep any rights, claim any royalty, or reuse any part of your game.
This is written clearly in our contract. Once the project is complete and paid in full, we hand over the full source code, all art files, the design document, and all project assets. You can publish the game under your own developer account, change studios later, or hire another team to build updates.
The only thing we do not own is third party tools or assets (like plugins or stock music) that come with their own licenses. We list these clearly so you know what is licensed separately.
