What technologies and game engines do you use for mobile game development?
We mainly use Unity for mobile game development because it handles both iOS and Android from a single codebase. For high end 3D games with heavy graphics, we also use Unreal Engine. For specific needs, we can build with native tools like Swift for iOS or Kotlin for Android.
Unity works well for 2D games, 3D casual games, AR games, and VR games on mobile. It cuts development time and keeps costs lower since one team builds for both platforms. Unreal Engine is better for visually heavy games where graphics quality matters most.
For backend systems, we use Firebase, PlayFab, or custom Node.js servers. For multiplayer, we use Photon or Mirror. We pick tools based on your game, not based on what we prefer.
