What is your full cycle game development process from idea to post launch support?
Our full cycle process runs in seven stages: discovery, design, prototype, production, testing, launch, and post launch support. Each stage has set goals, working builds, and milestone reviews so you see progress every week.
Discovery covers your idea, audience, and platforms. Design turns it into a game plan with art direction and feature list. Prototype gives you a playable version of the core loop early. Production is the longest stage where the full game is built in milestones. Testing covers bug fixes and player feedback. Launch handles store submission and soft launch.
Post launch support covers bug fixes, content updates, server maintenance, and live ops. You stay in control through every stage with weekly calls.
