Project name: FinPlay – Currency Trading Simulation Game
Service provided: Game Development

Project brief: We collaborated with NipsApp Game Studios to create an educational and interactive mobile game that simulates real-world currency trading. The goal was to make forex learning engaging while reflecting Transfer Connex’s expertise in global financial transactions. The app allows users to practice trading strategies, understand market fluctuations, and enhance decision-making skills in a risk-free environment.

What we appreciated most: Their ability to combine financial accuracy with engaging game design — they listened closely to our ideas and turned them into a polished, user-friendly product.

What could be improved: A few minor revisions were needed during the UI design phase, but their responsiveness and commitment to quality quickly resolved everything.

A: Yes — we regularly collaborate with universities and can act as an industry mentor or technical partner (scope, milestones, code reviews). We’ll align to your course timetable and provide assessment-friendly deliverables (readme, build instructions, test cases). Tell me the course/module and the deadline and I’ll draft a simple mentorship plan you can forward to your lecturer — want that?
A: Yes — we’ve scoped and delivered short funded mini-projects and can map technical milestones to funder requirements so evidence is clear. If you share the grant rules or call text, we’ll propose milestone wording and a realistic tech roadmap — should I draft a grant-aligned milestone plan?
A: Absolutely — we design VR/AR with museum constraints in mind (session length, hygiene, rapid reset, safety). We’ll propose offline fallbacks, quick calibration routines and staff controls for public use. Tell me expected session time and target hardware (headsets/tablets) and I’ll outline a museum-grade VR/AR spec — want that spec?
A: We use local meetups, university job boards and trusted marketplaces (Godot/Unity freelancers) to source vetted contractors. We can provide short trial tasks (1–2 day paid test) so you see fit before committing. Tell me roles and sprint length and I’ll propose a candidate sourcing plan and typical day-rates — want that plan?
A: Yes — we prototype hardware & software together: sensor drivers, real-time data paths, buffering and graceful-fail behaviour. For museum installs we recommend redundancy and a local watchdog/restart process. Share the hardware list (models/interfaces) and I’ll map an integration checklist and risk list — want that checklist?
A: Yes — accessibility is built in: simple flows, large fonts/buttons, short session lengths, and an admin ‘assist’ mode for staff. We also produce a 1-page runbook and a 20-minute staff training. Tell me the primary audience and I’ll draft the runbook outline you can use — want that?
A: We use a scoped fixed-price for defined deliverables or a day-rate with milestone payments — both include a clear change-request policy. For student/academic budgets we also offer reduced-scope “proof-of-concept” slices. Tell me your rough budget band and must-have items and I’ll produce a short scope template you can send to vendors — shall I prepare that?
